Why Kaani Beach Hotel
Kaani Beach Hotel is the bikini-beach-side property in the Kaani family — 24 rooms, a pool deck overlooking the lagoon, and access to the sister Kaani Village & Spa one block away (which has its own pool and spa). Breakfast included. The location is the standout: stepping from the room to the bikini beach is a 30-second walk, which is unusual on Maafushi where most guesthouses sit a block or two back. Best for guests who want pool-and-beach without paying resort prices. Skip it for true backpacker rates.
